Gordon Ramsay and the F Word visit Boydells Dairy Farm and High Weald Dairy
Gordon Ramsay has recently visited two members' farms - Boydells Dairy Farm to learn how to milk a sheep and then High Weald Dairy (pictured, Mark Hardy with Gordon) to learn how to use the milk to make Halloumi cheese for the TV programme the F Word, focussing on Greek versus Moroccan cooking.
