Mobile dairy unit, ex-40ft container, relined white plastic sheeting, fitted out with plumbing and electrics. Good clean environment for milk/food processing has been previously been used for production of cheese, yogurts and bottling of milk. Fantastic machine will put any food product like yogurt, cream, drinks into 80mm diameter pots of various lengths with a foil lid which is the heat sealed and the date stamped before being ejected. Operating speed is adjusted from around 20 to 60 pots per minute. This machine was bought a couple of years ago for £14,000 and has only done 6 months work potting yogurts. Excellent Condition. Excellent Tank, has been used for cooling sheeps milk. The tank is rated at 1800l but would probably hold nearer 2000l. The tank was installed two years ago complete with a brand new 3 phase compressor unit and electrical control box, previous to that it was an ex-demonstrator and therefore had done no work and did not have a refrigeration unit with it (bargain).As the tank has a direct expansion design for the refrigerant it allows the use of hot water for the automatic in place circulation wash cycle. All in all a very nice set up, this is situated in our mobile bottling plant at the moment along with other items for sale. £3,490.
